presented by the Homeownership Summit Alliance, a partnership between federal and state governments, local housing authorities, non-profits organizations, and industry-related associations and professionals.  The mission of the Alliance is to sustain a taskforce to help promote and preserve homeonwership through ongoing education assistance and resource tools.

10:30 a.m. - Financing:  Qualification, FHA, VA and More (First Service Mortgage and Regions Bank)

11:15 a.m. - What Homeonwership Opportunties Are Out There? (HUD-PEMCO and the EMPIRE Board)

12:00 p.m. - All About Short Sales  (Georgia Training Center and the Atlanta Board of Realtors)

12:30 p.m. - **Lunch Break and Presenter Booths Open** (Food courts will be on site at the Galleria)

1 p.m. - Information about Today's Housing Market (Neighborworks)

1:30 p.m. - Foreclosure Prevention (D&E Financial Education and HomeFree USA)

2:30 p.m. - Recovering From Financial Crisis/Foreclosure

- Resource Tables  (open from 11 a.m.- 2 p.m.)

Come speak directly to representatives from HUD, FHA, local governments, and all of the Summit Partners to pick up informational materials and get your questions answered!

- On-Site HUD-Approved Counseling Agencies

Counselors will be on site to answer questions and to schedule counseling appointments. Due to time constraints, we will not be conducting full counseling sessions at the summit
